About
: I have my own Health Intervention Company Healthiness Ltd where I work as a Clinical Exercise Specialist for older adults. I am originally from Darlington where my massive family still live, however I moved to Liverpool in 1996 to study sport science then stayed to do my MA in Sports Management so I now consider myself an honouree scouser. Apart from Netball (I do have another life honest) my hobbies include hiking and traveling and spending time with my fur-baby Oliver. Yes, as well as a netball addiction I am a crazy dog lady!!

Why I joined Crusaders?

I joined Crusaders after playing Netball with Ash for a couple of years across three different teams, and when she mentioned another day of Netball of course I said yes. It wasn't long before we realised it wasn't just another Netball Club, team friendships blossomed, and we became each other's support and social network. Now I don't just see Crusaders as a Netball club but my netball family. I absolutely love being a part of this club and seeing how we've gone from strength to strength especially during Covid when we all grew closer to help each other through those most difficult times.
