About: I am a Sports, fitness and coaching Lecturer at Cheshire College South and have been for 21 years. I also have my own business “KC’s Therapy Room”, offering the following treatments - Sports massage/ Pregnancy massage and Reflexology.
Why I joined Crusaders?
I joined Crusaders thanks to Mel (coach). We met whilst our partners were having a chat about gym equipment and we both happened to mention we play netball. One week later, Mel was at my front door asking if I’d like to join the team.
Saying yes was the best decision I’ve made. The crusaders girls are the most friendly and welcoming girls I’ve ever met. I really love being part of the team and have made some great friends since becoming a crusader
